Audit

According to the Articles of Association, an auditing firm approved by the Central Chamber of Commerce is selected as the Company's auditor. The term of the auditor ends at the close of the next AGM after the election. The auditor's task is to audit the consolidated and parent company financial statements and accounting, as well as the administration of the parent company. The Company's auditor provides the shareholders with an auditor's report in connection with the financial statements, as required by law, and regularly reports its findings to the Board.

KPMG Oy Ab, an auditing firm, acts as Easor's auditor, as elected by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 27 January 2026, with Juho Rautio, APA, as the principal auditor. The auditor shall be remunerated according to an invoice approved by the Company.
