Demerger of Talenom

Demerger

Talenom's Board of Directors has proposed, and the Extraordinary General Meeting has approved, that Talenom's software business be spun off into its own independent company, to be named Easor Oyj. In the demerger, Talenom's accounting business would remain within the current company.

The planned implementation date of the demerger is 28 February 2026. Trading in Easor's shares is expected to commence on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd's official list on 2 March 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.
