Easor as a company

Easor is a Finnish software company that provides SMEs, accountants and accounting firms with an integrated financial management software package.

Our story dates back to 2001, since when the Finnish accounting firm Talenom has been developing financial management software. In the same year, we released the first version of the Talenom Online service. Entrepreneurs received software that made invoicing, payment management, and payroll data submission effortless, freeing up time for more important matters. Easor offers SMEs a conceptualized and easy-to-use software service for daily financial management routines, which has been continuously developed over the years with expanding features.

In 2024, Talenom prepared to spin-off its Software Business into a separate company and began offering software to other accounting firms and their clients. The spin-off was completed in early 2025, and the Software Business was launched under the Easor brand in May 2025 after a successful pilot. In autumn 2025, Talenom launched a strategic review of the possible spin-off of the Easor Software Business into an independent listed company and began selling the software to external accounting firms in Spain. Easor’s Spanish software is based on a further developed version of the Nomo software acquired in 2022.

The development process of Easor’s software has progressed in collaboration with accounting professionals in the day-to-day work of accounting firms, and over the years it has evolved into an effective tool. Drawing on its experience, Easor offers a comprehensive software package and related additional services that support both accounting professionals and end users. Easor's software provides accountants and accounting firms with an efficient and automated tool for delivering accounting services.

Today, Easor serves over 15,000 SME customers and more than 220 partner accounting firms. Easor's software has over 60,000 end-users, and more than 10 million invoices are sent annually through the software. Easor operates in Finland, Sweden, and Spain. Software localization has begun in Italy. Easor’s goal is to expand particularly in markets where the digitalisation and regulation of SMEs, such as e-invoicing obligations, are increasing demand. Easor's mission is to enable successful business for entrepreneurs by providing solutions that free up their time and resources for what they love most.

Business model

Easor focuses on digitizing the financial processes of SMEs and managing the operational activities of accounting firms through one integrated platform. The operating model of Easor is based on a two-sided platform where entrepreneurs’ daily financial tasks and accounting firms’ workflows, resourcing and accounting automation operate within the same entity, eliminating the need for multiple software solutions. Our software and related services cover all the necessary steps for accounting and financial management.

Market

The market for software services offered to SMEs and accounting firms is defensive in nature, as accounting and external reporting are statutory obligations. In addition, the use of electronic processes has become mandatory throughout the EU, such as e-invoicing standards, e-archiving, the digitalisation of VAT reporting and information security requirements for invoicing software.

Easor operates in Finland, Sweden and Spain. Localisation of the software has begun in Italy.
