Management team

The CEO is responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of Easor in accordance with the Limited Liability Companies Act, the principles of governance, and the instructions and orders received from the Board of Directors. The CEO is responsible for arranging Easor's day-to-day administration and ensuring that Easor's accounting complies with the law, and that Easor's financial management is organized in a reliable manner. The CEO prepares matters for the Board of Directors to decide on, and develops Easor in accordance with the targets agreed upon with the Board of Directors and ensures the proper implementation of the Board's decisions. The CEO is not a member of the Board of Directors but participates in Board meetings and has the right to speak there. Otto-Pekka Huhtala is the CEO of Easor.

The Board of the Company appoints the members of the Management Team. The Management Team comprises the CEO and CFO, as well as other members appointed by the Board. The Management Team meets regularly to discuss Group-wide matters. The Management Team is not a decision-making body of the Company, but it assists the CEO in implementing the Group's strategy and in its operational management. The Management Team is responsible for the overall management of the Company's core business, which requires the planning of various development processes, Group principles and practices, as well as the monitoring of financial matters and the Group's business plans.

The Management Team convenes regularly according to a pre-agreed schedule and as needed, and minutes are kept for all meetings.
